Predator Story

(pred•a•tor)
Definition:
(n)
1. Any animal that
lives by preying on
other animals
2. Acting with or
possess fierce
competitiveness
Predator Training
Camps was formed in
1993 by Bill
Sandillo while he
was working for the
Red Sox as an
executive in
Double-A in New
Britain Connecticut.
The original name of
the Company was called the
"New
England Predators" and a logo was a T-Rex
breaking a bat over it's knee.
The
Predator Story:
Bill developed the name & logo because he
was impressed with how the T-Rex approached his
enemies. The
T-Rex was one of the most feared animals of it's
time. It was fast for it's size, fearless to
every other animal, and by far the strongest of
it's size to walk the earth. It attacked with
fierce competitiveness. It was an offensive
animal who didn't care who he was up against.
Every day he knew he had to be stronger, faster
and better then his enemies or he would die.
The T-Rex always intrigued me at a young age
because besides his overall appearance and size
you could always tell how serious he was by the
"look" in his eyes (hence our logo) and how he attacked
with speed & power.

His eyes tells the story of an
animal who is as dominant as they come. Our new
logo (The Eyes) are the eyes of a T-Rex. In
Baseball, Bill always looked into the eyes of
his opponents to see if they were up for the
challenge or if he could instill fear into their
eyes. Overall, Bill believed, to be a great
competitor you have to play with more heart and
drive then the next guy. Bill always
played this game at a higher level then most
because of that reason and it has taken him on
some great journeys. While trying out in Florida for the
Cincinnati Reds in 1986, Pete Rose saw him play
and said "Bill, I wish I had 10 guys with your
heart, you can't teach that."
Not making it to the big leagues as a player
didn't detour Bill from reaching his big
league goal. 1998 Bill landed a job with the Milwaukee Brewers as their Big
League Spring Training Box Office Manager. A big
league job.
Bill has devoted his life to
youth & professional training, professional sports franchises and athletes. Bill has distinguished his career in the sales and marketing arena of several minor league baseball
teams as well as training young athletes the
finer points of the great American past time -
"Baseball."
During his tenure working in professional baseball, Bill has worked with many of the top executives in baseball
today as well as many of the top training
facilities in professional and youth baseball. While continuing to work in professional sports,
In 1996, Bill assembled a team of professionals
here in Phoenix to make the "New" eyes
of Predator a reality.
First and foremost, Bill is a ambassador to
the great game of baseball, role model to young
athletes and an executive in professional sports whose main goal is to improve the quality of life for athletes,
businesses and everyone associated with Predator Sports. Predator Sports and Bill's work is respected by many
of the top baseball executives, professional and amateur athletes across the United States today.
It is Bill's belief in Predator and his belief in the
development of young athletes that has opened the concept of Predator's company being an exclusive
youth training company and a "Marketing
Agent/ Broker" to many of today's top
athletes, agents and advertising agencies.
Bill has positioned Predator as a leader in assisting
all Leagues, coaches, and athlete's with the
knowledge and skills necessary to achieve all
their playing, training and education
goals.
