Jay Culton is the Real Estate Acquisition Specialist/ Board of Advisors for Predator Sports. He is responsible for advising the Predator Staff and Athletes on the Real Estate Market and how it effects all of us in today's economy. While advising Predator Sports, Jay is also a full-time Executive with KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY. His office is located in the East Valley. Jay has spent 5 years in the Real Estate industry and the last 2 years with Predator Sports. 

Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Jay worked for eight years at Intel. Jay started off his career in the distribution area for two years. Jay then changed groups to become a commodity manager for General Contractors and Subcontractors. Jay was in charge of representing Intel in one of there biggest projects “Fab12”. After the build was complete, Jay moved on to the new technology group where he spent his time working with engineers on new products.

Jay also served in the Military. Jay was in the Army from 1987 until 1991. Jay spent his military career in Kentucky at the 101^st. Airborne Division. While at the 101^st Jay completed Air Assault school, Airborne School, PLDC leadership courses, and JOTC training in Panama. Jay also served seven months in Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm and earned his Combat Infantry Badge. Jay became a non-commission officer after his second year in service, which offered him a leadership role not only in peace time, but also in the Gulf War. Jay is single, 33 years old and resides in Chandler,Arizona.
